There has been a lot of positivity amongst the Kopites since Klopp’s appointment last week. The German is the first foreign manager to sit on the hot seat after Rafa Benitez and the fans genuinely believe that Klopp is the man to get them back on track thanks to the resume of the former Dortmund manager.
The Merseyside club has never lifted the Premier League trophy, the one that has eluded them ever since the start of the competition and the one that they badly need at the moment. So, can the new manager deliver?
