The new season is about to unfold and there is a lot of anticipation around the Liverpool camp with the new signings adding different dynamics to the side. Liverpool have done fairly well with the transfer season by acquiring Sadio Mane from Southampton and Georginio Wijnaldum from Newcastle. Defensive strength was added by the signings of Joel Matip, Ragnar Klavan and the new no. 1 Loris Karius. Along with the additions, there were also many players who parted way with Merseyside. Joe Allen, Brad Smith and Martin Skrtel to name a few and Klopp is looking to let-go Balotelli and Benteke in the attack. There are some changes made in the staff members as well and all of this makes the fans excited for the next season. This new side is a mix of players who are already well adapted to Klopp’s system and players who are new to the side. It will definitely take some time for the new players to adjust to Klopp’s ways and his tactics. This makes the players who have already been with the club much more responsible. Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino are two such talents who will have to fire right from the beginning if their side is to achieve something big this season.

The Brazilian partnership

Firmino and Coutinho showed glimpses of class last season and their partnership really started to click towards the second half of the season. The duo will have to lead the team from the front and will have to have those combinations in attack. Also, the current dynamics of the team suggest Klopp is looking for a lot of attacking football next season and there will not be scope to sit back and relax.

The new dynamics

The Reds have added Sadio Mane in attack and are trying for another attacking midfielder. Also, Wijnaldum is looking promising and Danny Ings is ready to be in action again. All this suggests the fact that the dynamics will be a bit different this time and there might be some changes in tactics as well. The Brazilian duo will need to juggle their game and adapt with the new players and have a perfect chemistry in the attack. Firmino and Coutinho will be the players to look forward to this season and they should be the ones to initiate attacks in coordination with the new team members.
