Klopp

For years it was a competition between two of Europe’s biggest clubs – FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. However, since the last few seasons, La Liga has become more competitive with the likes of Atletico Madrid giving a tough run to the two giants. Last season, there was a difference of just three points between the top three teams and a lot of players from La Liga have evolved to become world class players. The best example of this is the Atletico forward Antoine Griezmann who had a spectacular Euro cup with France. Considering this, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp should consider a few options from the La Liga to add to his squad. If we go by the history, there have been many players who have arrived to England from Spain and have performed well for their new clubs. These are the three La Liga players that Liverpool should target.

Jese Rodriguez

The Madrid star has already been linked with Liverpool and the speculations suggested that Jese looks most likely to leave the Bernabeu by the end of this transfer season. The Reds were in talks with the forward and a move was looking on the cards. However, PSG have entered the race and are the favorites now to seal his signature. If Klopp manages to get Jese in his squad, it would mean a dynamic attack with strength and options on the wings.

Isco

Another Madrid star who looks likely to move owing to competition within the squad is the attacking midfielder 24-year-old player arrived to the capital after two successful seasons at Malaga and his performance has been on and off for the club due to less chances. Isco can be a very good asset for Liverpool as he can possibly be a good pairing alternative for Wijnaldum in the attacking midfield role. Isco is also known to play wide and if Klopp favors 4-3-3, a player like him could fit the bill.

Martin Odegaard

A possible loan move looks on the cards for this 17 year old Bernebau star as Liverpool have approached Los Blancos for the attacking midfielder. Real Madrid have a lot of attacking midfielders in their squad and it looks seemingly difficult for Odegaard to get a position in the first team and a loan move away looks more than likely.
