Kopites are known for their passion towards Liverpool and are praised for it all over the world. A lot of players have played for the club and a lot of them have left the club with their heads held high. While some are remembered, some players are soon forgotten.
Danny Ward is one such guy, who gave it his all when he was a part of the Liverpool squad. He is currently on loan at Huddersfield Town, who are in finals of the Championship playoffs. They have a great chance of making it to the Premier League and can do so by beating Reading on 29th of May.
Ward joined Huddersfield on loan at the start of this campaign and has been an irremovable player from their team, making 45 appearances this season. He has conceded 55 goals and has 11 clean sheets to his name in what has been a successful season for Huddersfield Town.
It looks like the Reds are happy with Ward’s performance this season and expressed their delight on Twitter as Huddersfield beat Sheffield Wednesday 4-3 on penalties! Obviously, Ward was brilliant and it did not go unnoticed, as he saved 2 penalties!.
