Liverpool star forward Mohamed Salah has sent a message to fans and they will surely love it. The Egyptian joined the Reds at the start of the season from AS Roma and has been a revelation under Jurgen Klopp, scoring a staggering 30 goals in just 36 games till date.

Salah sits behind Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane in the Premier League Golden Boot race with 22 goals, one ahead of Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero. Above that, he has been voted BBC African Footballer of the Year for 2017.

The humble Salah, who has become a dangerous forward this season in the Premier League, has told the Liverpool fans that his best is yet to come.

“It is a great feeling to have scored 30 goals in a first season at a club like Liverpool,” Salah told Liverpoolfc.com.

“It’s something huge, so I am very happy about it. But I have to carry on and keep looking forward to score many more goals. In my mind, I am always trying to improve and I’m doing it every single day.

“Every day I look at myself and try to improve myself all the time. I am happy at the moment, I feel good, and that’s the most important thing – and 100 percent, there is still more to come.”

The Egyptian has netted on a regular basis this campaign and has vowed to continue his blistering form in front of goal. He also thanked his team-mates, the manager and others for their contributions in helping him reach the 30-goal mark.

“I’ve said before, the players and the coaches here make it easier for you,” he added.

“I play alongside very good players, each one has different qualities, and that makes it easier for me. I am very happy to play alongside them; all of them, they have helped me a lot to score goals. I am very happy to be with this group.”

“I want to thank the fans for it. It’s something different, it’s something good. I feel good about it, I feel the fans love me, so I am happy about it.”

The ex-Roma forward has established himself as a vital cog in Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side this campaign. Let’s hope he continues scoring goals and helps us get a top-four finish in the league and compete strongly for the Champions League.
