Virgil van Dijk has been named as one of the top five defenders in the upcoming Pro Evolution Soccer game.
The Dutch defender is rated 87, with only Sergio Ramos, Mats Hummels, Marcelo and Gerard Pique having a higher rating than the Liverpool man.

Van Dijk has been a tower at the back for us since making the move from Southampton. The former Celtic player has shored up our defence as we have started the season with three clean sheets in a row.
Another stat shared by the account added that Liverpool have kept more clean sheets than any other side since Van Dijk joined us.

He’s better than all of them. Marcelo is great going forward but about as good as Moreno at the back. Always out of position. As for Ramos, the world class midfield in front of him makes him look a lot better than he is.
