Liverpool youngster Ryan Kent would not mind a permanent move to Rangers, after impressing under Steven Gerrard.

The 21-year-old Englishman joined the Gers on loan at the start of the season and has done a decent job.

The Daily Record claims Kent would cost around £2million and his contract with the Reds lasts till 2022.

Kent was further quoted as saying:

“It’s something I’d consider. Definitely. The fans are amazing here.

“The club has a lot of history. It’s an amazing club but it’s a conversation they will have to have with Liverpool – not me.”

The Liverpool youngster was impressed with the fans and is enjoying his football this season.

“The fans seem to really enjoy players getting forward and that suits my identity as a footballer. I really enjoy picking the ball up, dribbling at defenders and getting past them.

“When the fans are right behind me, it gives me confidence to do that.”

Kent has one goal to his name from six league appearances and plays as an attacking midfielder. Although the player is working under a legend in Gerrard, the Englishman added that his style is based around another great.

“Ronaldinho was my idol though. He always played with a smile on his face and I try to image my game off his playing style.”
