Liverpool face a tricky third round FA Cup tie at Wolverhampton Wanderers and would want to bounce back after their 2-1 loss to Manchester City.

That was our first defeat in the Premier League, and there should be a few changes in the Liverpool side given we had a packed schedule in recent weeks.

Jurgen Klopp should look to change things up in defence while it would be great to see the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino rested.

Wolves will not be easy opposition but we should focus more on the Premier League and Champions League.

Here is our predicted line-up for the Reds.

Predicted Liverpool XI

Formation: 4-3-3

Manager: Jurgen Klopp

Simon Mignolet (GK)

Alisson has been a mainstay in the side but Mignolet should replace the Brazilian in between the sticks.

Rafa Camacho (RB)

The youngster should get a chance to play on Monday given that Trent Alexander-Arnold and James Milner need a bit of a rest.

Dejan Lovren Liverpool

Dejan Lovren (CB)

The Croatian should keep his place in the team given we don’t have enough fit defenders.

Nat Phillips (CB)

There is no point risking Virgil van Dijk and we could see the youngster get a chance on Monday.

Alberto Moreno (LB)

The Spaniard hasn’t played much due to Andy Robertson, and he should get a chance and give Robbo a rest.

Fabinho (CM)

The Brazilian changed the game when he came on against City, and should start for us on Monday.

Naby Keita (CM)

Keita is yet to perform to his best, and hopefully, he puts up a fantastic showing against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Adam Lallana (CM)

The former Southampton man has struggled for starts this season but should get be in the XI to play Wolves.

Xherdan Shaqiri of Liverpool

Xherdan Shaqiri (RW)

The Swiss attacker could get a start on Monday and his creativity will be one of the keys in dispatching the Wolves.

Divock Origi (ST)

The hero from the Merseyside derby should get a start on Monday, and hopefully, he can score a goal too.
