This would make Allen the youngest UK player to participate in the tournament, and one of the youngest ever to have picked up a Champions League appearance.

The report claims that Manchester United, Manchester City, Tottenham and Leicester are the other Premier League clubs keeping tabs on Allen.

Leeds United from the Championship are also interested, while Rangers, Aberdeen and Celtic are also keen on the 15-year-old (h/t Belfast Telegraph).

Liverpool are interested in youngsters this summer

The Reds haven’t made big signings this summer, with only the 17-year-old Sepp van den Berg joining the club.

The Dutch centre-back is highly rated and is already training with the first-team.
