The report goes on to say that Fluminense are looking at a deal that will include a 50% sell-on clause for the Reds.

Mineiro are more likely to offer a deal worth £2.27m, which is a decent amount for someone who has never played for Liverpool.

Allan moved to Liverpool in 2015 after impressing the club’s coaches at the Frenz International Cup.

With the player unable to obtain a work permit, Liverpool have been forced to loan him out on a regular basis.

Allan’s time at Liverpool looks to be coming to an end without him having played once for the European champions.

Allan’s contract ends in the summer and the Reds do have an option to extend the player’s contract by 6 months, thus strengthening our position in negotiations.

Allan was part of the SJK squad that won the Finnish league in 2015, in what was his first loan spell from Liverpool.

He won his first cap for Brazil Under-23s this year, having previously played 6 times for the Brazilian Under 20s.
