German paper Bild have been monitoring the things that former Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp is doing, since he signed for Premier League outfit Liverpool. The media outlet have been covering the story for quite some time now, excited about it even before Brendan Rodgers was sacked by the Merseyside outfit.
Reporters were sent over to Anfield, to be around Klopp at the Hope Hotel and keep tabs on him at his new club with a lot of things happening at the moment. One of the recent reports talked about the situation looking at which players Klopp could use for the future and might possibly rely on.
Bild pointed out the injury to skipper Jordan Henderson, which is a big blow for the German boss, as the England international is exactly the type of energetic player who would fit in well with his style of play. Further, the report talks about Belgian international Simon Mignolet, who does not really face any serious competition for places.
Another player is 30-year-old defender Martin Skrtel, described as a ‘Tattooed one man defence’, with Emre Can considered to play a more advanced role in midfield. Former Aston Villa man Christian Benteke is also talked about and Bild explain that Klopp will have to turn to him along with Philippe Coutinho for goals, though the later would be more of a creative head as well.
Daniel Sturridge is further declared ‘the best English striker’ though his role will only be decided once he is fully fit. Last, but not the least, the newspaper see 18-year-old youth product, Jordan Rossiter, as surely one for the future if the new boss can make the right use of his talent.
