Liverpool will be looking to end their four game winless run and get back on track against Leicester on Boxing Day. The Reds have messed up their chance to go further up the points table after they failed to win against West Brom, Newcastle and Watford. Now they should get back to winning ways, but that is an extremely difficult task against the Foxes. Liverpool will have to be solid at the back, midfield, attack, everywhere.

Here are three things Liverpool must do for a boxing day triumph:

Lock Down Riyad Mahrez:

Alberto Moreno

Jamie Vardy might be the top scorer in the league, but Mahrez is more dangerous and key for Leicester. His defense splitting passes could make way for Leicester strikers to score or he himself is able to score from inside and outside the box. He is a real threat for Liverpool and if Liverpool want to win on Saturday, they must execute a plan and lock down Mahrez.

It will be Alberto Moreno who will be playing on the Algerian’s wing and Moreno should be on top of his game to lock down Mahrez. Mamadou Sakho should also ensure that Mahrez has a tough time facing the Liverpool defense. Sakho had a bad return game against Watford last week, but this is not the time for crying over your bad times. Sakho should step up and get back his form and make things difficult for the Leicester attackers.
