Several rumours in December and January said that Allen could leave Liverpool in the January transfer window but the Welsh midfielder has really stepped up under Klopp. Joe Allen has played some crucial roles in Liverpool’s recent games. One of them was against Arsenal when he scored the crucial equalizer for Liverpool in the dying minutes of the games. Now again he proved his doubters wrong by putting up a match changing performance against Stoke on Tuesday. The Reds were much better with Allen and his well taken penalty won the game for Liverpool, which proved to be the icing on the cake. Allen has been in good form recently and it has to be noted that his form has changed since the arrival of Jurgen Klopp.
