Jurgen Klopp has kind of revived Liverpool since his move to Anfield. Now Liverpool players seem to play with more energy and drive than we have since in two years’ time. However the German coach is still not satisfied and wants to acquire a goalscorer.
Sport, a Spanish newspaper has reported that the goalscorer that is currently being targeted is Jese Rodriguez of Real Madrid. Jese has been benched by both Rafa Benitez and Zinedine Zidane and is said to be looking for a way out of the club. With only 7 games this season it is natural that a talented player like Jese will look for opportunities elsewhere.
If the report is to be believed then Klopp has already asked the Liverpool board to bid for the player and a £23 million offer is said to be in preparation currently. The story by Sport needs to be taken with a pinch of salt though because of it being a Catalan newspaper.
