3. Sturridge – Handeland
Daniel Sturridge will need to make every opportunity count for Liverpool at the front. Selhurst Park is not a venue that Liverpool prefer much. Also, the pressing physical game of Palace is another reason which restricts Liverpool from playing their free-flowing football. It becomes a game of possession from there on. Brede Hangeland – the palace CB has a towering presence at the back and Sturridge is going to have a very tough time getting past him. This battle will be very critical and Firmino and Coutinho will have to provide that extra edge up-front.
