2. Can vs Weigl

Emre Can has been the man for Liverpool in the defensive midfield this season. He will have a midfield battle against the 20-year-old Julian Weigl. Weigl has been pivotal for Dortmund’s midfield and has been successful in supplying the ball to the trio. Can will need to ensure that he wins this battle against Weigl and does not let him have much of the ball. The youngster is also a bit inexperienced and Can should try and exploit this in the game.
