Kolo Toure is set to leave Liverpool in the summer as the player will not be given a new contract by the club. The ex Ivory Coast international joined the Reds in 2013 in a free transfer when Brendan Rogers signed him.
This season he has fallen down the pecking order and made 26 appearances for the club. The player has also performed well in their last outing against Sevilla which they lost 3-1. Despite the loss the player has drawn praise from fans and pundits alike. However a Daily Mail report has confirmed that the player will not be given a new deal as his already 35 years old and his time on the field is likely to reduce next year.
Jurgen Klopp is planning an overhaul of the club and will let Toure leave and has already signed Joel Matip from Schalke. The club will also probably let go of Martin Skrtel.
