Liverpool target Niklas Sule has revealed his desire to stay at Hoffenheim amidst reports linking him with a move to Anfield.
According to the Express Sports the player feels that if he stays in Germany, he will be able to develop better as a player rather than playing in England. This is a serious blow for Liverpool who have been preparing to bring the player to England and help him develop into one of the finest players.
Liverpool has a long tradition of developing young players and one would think that a 20 year old like Sule would grab that opportunity. However, he has recently attended an interview with Bild in which he mentioned his wish to stay at Hoffenheim. Its not that deal could not happen at all but it may so happen that Liverpool end up paying more than what was initially expected for the player. The lack of European football has its effect.
