Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is preparing for his first full season at the Reds this summer. Here are some recent link ups regarding the Reds:

Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel is set to head to the Fenerbahce at the Turkish side in a £5.5m deal. One of the longest staying player in the Reds having joined Liverpool in 2008, Skrtel went out of favor under manager Jurgen Klopp. The summer arrival of Cameroon defender Joel Matip from Schalke has increased competition for places in Klopp’s defence and Liverpool are now willing to let Skrtel leave after eight years at Anfield.

Further into the summer transfers, AC Milan are keen on letting go of Liverpool flop Mario Balotelli. Reports suggest that the player too will be heading to the Turkish side, with Besiktas interested in signing him in. Liverpool are also keen to recoup some of the £16million they paid AC Milan for him in August 2014 following his disastrous spell at Anfield.

He failed to shine and now looks destined to be heading to Turkey’s Super Lig.

‘I offered Mario to Besiktas and I’m waiting for their answer,’ Baloelli’s agent Raiola told the Turkish outlet Spox.com.tr.

‘But I’m quite sure the transfer will happen, as the president already assured me in the past that he would do everything he can to sign him.’

The Reds are looking out to sign Real Madrids Mateo Kovacic into the squad as Real are ready to let go of him and the player too is looking for a move out of the club. Reports suggest that the player may cost the Reds minimum of £24m. Kovacic, 22, has only made eight starts since signing for Real Madrid last summer and Jurgen Klopp is keen to help him play further football next season.
