Liverpool are ready to complete the signing of Newcastle winger Andros Townsend so as to bring him into the Anfield this summer.
According to the Mirror the 24 year old player has many clubs looking out for him, namely Manchester City, Crystal Palace, Southampton and West Ham. The Reds have joined the race to sign the player and are already the favorites for the same.
The player has a £10.5million buy-out clause in his contract with Newcastle and the Reds are willing to activate the same for the player as Klopp is desperate to bring in more speed in the attack and feels Townsend as his best alternative.
The player has many clubs looking out for him as of now and will surely take his time making a decision for a move out of the club. As such Newcastle are desperate to keep hold of him at the club, although their low release clause will not act as a favor for them.
