Dinamo Zagreb winger Marko Pjaca has been linked heavily with a move to the Anfield for some time now.
Earlier the Reds were handed a boost when Dinamo Zagreb president announced that Pjaca may end up heading to a Premier League club this summer, however, according to the recent reports, AC Milan is on top of the race to sign the highly rated youngster.
According to the reports from the Goal, AC Milan are ready to delay the player’s move to the Italian club till late August which will see the player participate in the Champions League qualification matches for Dynamo Zagreb. To add to the arrangement Milan are further willing to pay the cut-price fee of £12.5m for the player’s move to San Siro.
The news will surely act as a huge blow to the Reds manager Jurgen Klopp who is looking ahead to his first full season at Anfield and wants to add the youngster in is squad for the same.
