With Euro 2016 reaching its conclusion, it is now the time to concentrate on the transfer window. With many top class managers arriving at the Premier League, it is understood that many world class players will join one of the most exciting leagues in the world. The Manchester clubs have already signed some stellar names; Pep Guardiola have signed Nolito and Gundogan and Jose Mourinho has brought Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Mkhitaryan, and Bailly.

Arsenal and Chelsea are the clubs, who are still working on the prospect and if Liverpool tends to give a tough fight, they need to add a couple more big names to the squad. Liverpool’s manager Jurgen Klopp has already completed three signings of the summer, but many believe that the team needs more improvement.

If the reports are to believed, then the manager is currently looking to sign a central midfielder, but to be perfectly honest here, the Merseyside club needs a striker as well. It is rumoured that Mario Balotelli will be allowed to leave if a perfect offer is received and besides the Italian, it is expected that Christian Benteke too is looking to find an escape route from the Anfield.

With two strikers gone, Liverpool will be left out with the young Divock Origi, the Englishman Daniel Sturridge and the former Burnley man Danny Ings. Now, many reports around the globe are now suggesting that the German manager is currently vying a shocking move to sign the 22-year-old Brazilian centre-forward, Anderson Talisca from Benfica.

The Express has reported that Klopp is in talks to sign the Brazilian forward and a deal is said to be close, and a request for the work permit has already been sent to the Football Association.

Talisca isn’t the most prolific figure in front of the goal, but the Brazilian can be of great use if order to create the chances. Talisca started his European career with the Portuguese side Benfica, and recently, he has completed his second season with the club.

Talisca, due his versatility and his vision, he could be used as a striker as well as an attacking midfielder. Being a South American trait, Talisca is known for his tricky feet and his dribbling abilities. He is a clever reader of the game and this allows him to find spaces in the danger area. Talisca possesses a strong and venomous left foot, which is capable of shooting the ball accurately from a distance.

The 22-year-old is sometimes criticized as he struggled to give his best against the stronger oppositions, but being only 22-years of age, this can be sorted out in style under Klopp.

Despite having a great experience of playing in the Champions League, Talisca is still an unfinished product. Like I said before, he isn’t the most prolific figure in front of the goal, but he can contribute a lot in creating them. Buying him would give Ings, Sturridge, and Origi a well-deserved competition for the striking position and we think that Talisca would work wonders under Klopp as the German has a great record of dealing with the youngsters.
