Liverpool are looking to sign German international Jonas Hector and are set to battle it out against Tottenham Hotspurs for the player’s signature.
Reports from the Sport suggest that the Reds have already tabled a bid for the player and so have the Spurs and reports are to be believed then the Reds will face further competition from Barcelona, who are keen on signing the player for his versatility.
The player has an impressive form last season and his displays during the Euro 2016 acted as a cherry on the icing. Hector started all six of Germany’s fixtures during the European Championship until their elimination in the hands of France.
Further, according to the report from the Sport, the 26 year old player is set to leave Koln this summer as the club is looking to cash in on the player. The Germany international is currently rated at £15m by FC Koln.
