Liverpool, and a host of other clubs, have been linked with a bid for French striker Alexandre Lacazette of Lyon. The mercurial striker certainly will have a huge bidding war in the summer as clubs try to sign him but the Reds seem to have the answer to the Frenchman in their own team.
Rhian Brewster, a Liverpool youth player, has been incredible for the side since making the switch from Chelsea a couple of years ago. The 16-year-old striker played for the U23 side against Reading away from home and scored a brace that culminated in a 5-1 win for the Merseyside club.
The Liverpool fans were certainly jubilant as another starlet Ben Woodburn got on the scoresheet. The youngster has had a great season for the Reds and even became their youngest scorer when he found the back of the net in the FA Cup.
Brewster though seems to be the next great talent coming out from the Liverpool stables and that certainly has gotten the fans at the club excited.
