Liverpool shared their new home kit for next season, as is the norm when it comes to the fag end of the season. The Merseyside giants will be celebrating their 125th anniversary and the jersey too has some interesting details.
The Liverbird emblem is flanked with the two important years, 1892 and 2017, feature on the jersey. Jordan Henderson, Emre Can, Loris Karius and Georginio Wijnaldum were used in the promotional images for the launch and Twitter had a field day as they reacted to the new kit.

New Balance continues to be one of the most forward thinking kit designers in the gam right now. New Liverpool kit is sublime. pic.twitter.com/Zxtz6EyMXn

It may be a bit of an overly excited statement but the new Liverpool home kit is the best home kit we’ve had in a decade, if not more.

In an increasingly divided & uncertain world, surely we can all join hands & agree that the new Liverpool kit is delicious. pic.twitter.com/yK81nZCjNx

Would have been a marketing disaster by @NBFootball if they hadn’t of picked Emre Can and Karius to be the face of the new kit https://t.co/lO41GI3tYT

We’ve basically spent £4.7 million for Karius to model our goalkeeper shirts to get them selling pic.twitter.com/QMN1TTz5cG
