Emre Can of Liverpool

Liverpool managed to beat Watford last night by a 1-0 margin and that was the least they could do as a win was essential to keep themselves alive in the race for a top-4 finish. The defeat against Crystal Palace left the Reds dry but this win should see them come back into European contention.

It took an Emre Can screamer for Liverpool to break the deadlock and what a goal it was! Patient build-up before that, combined with a lob pass directed towards the German, and he decided to throw his body in the air and launch an overhead kick. In it went!

The sheer joy of watching such a beautiful goal would surely have given goose bumps to every football lover, irrespective of whether it was scored by a rival club player. Can has clearly utilised his opportunity and has done well to capture his manager’s faith. He was brought into the team when Jordan Henderson got injured, but now, he has managed to become a key member of this Liverpool team.

The fans were joyous as they watched a stunning goal at Vicarage Road, and took the Twitter to express their view on the goal, as Liverpool snatched away 3 crucial points.

We managed to gather few tweets from the fans and put it together.
