Liverpool and one of their partners MBNA released a new video where a couple of Reds went undercover to see just what the fans think about the players.
We had Dominic Solanke and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain dressing up and asking the locals some questions in Scouse. They also had Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler in the back of a van sharing some one-liners and lingo that is prevalent in the Merseyside area and both players certainly struggled to blend in.
One particular incident which got a lot of fans laughing was when the Ox was asking another fan to buy a “Chamberlain” jersey and the supporter flat out refused to by saying that the signing wasn’t all that great.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has had a tough start to his career at Anfield but he did provide the assist for Mohamed Salah’s goal against Chelsea in our previous match.
Hopefully, that will be the start of some better performances but for now, here are some of the best reactions to the advert.
So @mbna have smashed it again with their latest ‘School of Scouse’ Challenge
Fowler tells UNDERCOVER Reds, Ox, Solanke & Robbo what to say in the LFC store..
