Mohamed Salah has turned out to be the signing of the season, thanks to his goals and well, his incredible movement for Liverpool. The Egyptian might have failed in his earlier spell with Chelsea but he has now scored 15 goals in all competitions for the Reds and was on target against his former club as well on Saturday.

Now former Zamalek chairman Mahmoud Abbas, who was present for our 1-1 draw against the Blues, has stated that the 25-year-old attacker could be on the move again.

Abbas, who according to King Fut, was also speaking to the player’s lawyer. Ramy Abbas was tweeting out his expectations on Salah and stated:

“Mohamed Salah is currently an institution with a back-end working efficiently to get the best out of the player.

“Salah highly respects those in charge of this institution and as I have talked with his agent, we agreed that Salah should stay at Liverpool until the end of the season.

“If he scored above 20 goals in all competitions this season, his price could rise up to 150 million Euros.”

The shocking statement that Abbas put up was that Salah would be moving soon and his next destination would be outside England.

“Most probably the upcoming destination for Salah will be La Liga.”

Another Star Leaving Liverpool Soon?

No one would have expected such an incredible start from Salah after he joined us from AS Roma but he does seem like a much better player than what he was for the Blues. The only problem had been his finishing but that has also gotten better with each game this season and he did take his chance really well against his former club on Saturday.

Regarding the player leaving in the summer, it does seem unlikely that Jurgen Klopp would allow something like that given how important the Egyptian has become for the side.

With Salah on one wing and Sadio Mane on the other, we have one of the most potent attacks in the Premier League and there are only a couple of other clubs who could sign Salah. But it would be hugely disappointing if Barcelona or Real Madrid come for the winger.

We are trying to create something great here and if players keep leaving, we will never be able to challenge the big sides in England. Hopefully, Salah will stay at the club for a number of years and also lead us to some silverware sooner than later.
