Liverpool’s £90,000-a-week Superstar Wants Real Madrid Move In The Summer – Spanish Reports

Mohamed Salah has found his name in the gossip column lately following his fantastic start to life at Liverpool. The Egyptian has been a revelation under Jurgen Klopp this season, since his arrival from Roma. He has become a vital component in Klopp’s attacking set-up and style of play and has taken the Premier League by storm.

Salah netted his 21st goal of the season in Friday’s 3-3 draw with Arsenal at the Emirates and, in turn, extended his lead as the Premier League’s top scorer.

A string of breathtaking performances have inevitably seen rumours circulating and reports suggest that the winger is attracting interest from Spanish giants Real Madrid. According to Don Balon, Salah, who earns £90,000-a-week, is keen on a move to the Santiago Bernabeu and is eager to strike a verbal agreement.

They also claim that Salah is flattered by Real’s interest and that he would love to join the European champions to play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and other big names at the club. The 25-year-old seems to be excited knowing Real’s interest in him and has already told his agent to open talks with Zinedine Zidane’s side over a possible move next summer.

Salah certainly seems to have the manufacture of the Spanish giants’ next ‘Galactico’ signing as he fast looks like becoming one of the best attacking players in the world.

The Liverpool hit-man believes he could be in with a chance of replacing Gareth Bale on the flanks. The Wales international hasn’t had the best of times in a Madrid shirt of late, struggling with a string of injuries and form over the last couple of seasons.

Bale’s persistent injury problems seem to have no full stop and Zidane is keen to offload the Welshman next summer, with Salah looking like an ideal upgrade in the right wing area. It is believed both Zidane and Madrid president Florentino Perez really like Salah and are likely to open talks with Liverpool sooner rather than later.

In the short time that the Egypt international has been at Liverpool, he has established himself as an essential figure in Klopp’s plans and as the next big star after Luis Suarez capable of helping the Reds believe towards mounting a serious title challenge.

Liverpool will be desperate to keep hold of Salah and not lose him so soon after signing him from Roma this past summer.
