To say Liverpool fans are excited about the Champions League second-leg semi-final clash against AS Roma would be a massive understatement.
We have been waiting for a moment like this for years and finally, thanks to the likes of Jurgen Klopp and our magnificent attacking trio, we have gotten here. It has been a while since an English team lifted the coveted Champions League trophy and if we manage to beat Roma this Wednesday, we will get a step closer to lifting the beautiful cup.
However, beating Roma will not be an easy task. Although we have a 5-2 lead from the first leg, the Italians are one of the most unpredictable teams this season.
La Liga giants Barcelona have been exceptional in the Spanish top-flight and they were expected to go far in the Champions League as well. Yet, Roma subjected them to a nasty defeat to progress forward.
An away match will have its set of challenges but trust our fans to go the extra mile to make our players feel the warmth and love from Anfield.
Social media recently exploded with several images of Liverpool fans with banners. The travelling supporters have truly outdone themselves because the banners look quite impressive. Interestingly, there was support pouring in from all corners of the world as fans from different countries shared their banners as well.
From lauding the entire team to praising Mohamed Salah, the fans appeared to create a wide variety of banners to suit every situation. Take a look at some of the best ones below:
