After the Champions League final debacle against Real Madrid, Liverpool are being linked with moves for two of Serie A’s finest keepers in Gianluigi Donnarumma and Alisson.
Calcio Mercato claim that the 19-year-old AC Milan star Donnarumma would join the Reds in the summer after falling out with the fans at the Italian giants.
Alisson, on the other hand, could be the keeper that Jurgen Klopp goes for as The Telegraph claims the Brazilian is the only candidate that might replace the 24-year-old Karius.
The former Mainz keeper made a couple of huge errors in the final against Madrid and even apologised to the fans after the game.
It will be interesting to see just what transpires in the coming weeks as the transfer window is full of surprises. Twitter certainly had a number of reactions to the two players being linked to the Reds.
I’d pay £80m for Alisson Becker if that’s what is required. I’d pay even more for Jan Oblak though. #LFC

Klopp knows Alisson is needed for us to be able to compete. Mignolet going so don’t be surprised for news in the next week of any bids rejected / accepted. after all, all signings to be signed before the World Cup. #lfc

Made my mind up now. Would rather have Lovren starting next season than Karius in goal. Buy Alisson @LFC

£100m for Alisson Becker will be a bargain for Liverpool. Get rid of this shitty Karius. #LFC #UCLfinal pic.twitter.com/3UEACedFSd

Donnarumma must be kicking himself for not having moved to LFC.

I imagine the odds on Alisson or Gianluigi Donnarumma to Liverpool have changed somewhat.

Nothing against Karius and I don’t will judge him for his terrible game tonight but hope for the bottom of my heart that Liverpool can sign Donnarumma to be our first goalkeeper next season
