Luis Suarez could be leaving Barcelona after the World Cup and that might open the door for Liverpool to swoop in for the former Red.
The Express claims that the Uruguayan forward is surplus to requirements at Camp Nou and could be sold in the summer window.
This would be the ideal time for Liverpool to try and re-sign the former Ajax man as we do need more attacking options next season.
The report also claims that Barca would be tempted to sell him since he would turn 32 next month and with a good World Cup under his belt, the Spanish champions could expect a decent price for the former Red.
Suarez did help Uruguay defeat Portugal in the round of 16 at the World Cup as he set up Edinson Cavani for the first goal of the game. The former Liverpool man was in great form for Barcelona too, as he scored 25 times and provided 12 assists from just 33 La Liga games last season.
While he would not be the youngest player to join Jurgen Klopp, the South American is still loved by many at Anfield and still has something to offer.
With Suarez playing alongside Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah, we could have one of the most tenacious forward lines in the world of football. We would also have Roberto Firmino as an option, so the quartet can chop and change a lot as required by Klopp.

The striker would probably not start every game for us and that is something that he might not like but he is 30+ and if we manage him well, we will get the best out of the star striker.
