Liverpool‘s first pre-season friendly ended in a massive victory for the Reds as we defeated Chester 7-0 at the Deva Stadium.
All eyes were on our two new signings but Jurgen Klopp decided to switch the players around as each half saw 11 different players take the field.
It was Fabinho who started the first-half while Naby Keita came on in the second half. The first half saw two goals come in from Harry Wilson as the youngster continued his great form from last season where he scored for fun at Hull City.
The second half saw a lot more action as James Milner, who was captaining the side in the second half, stroked home a penalty just after the start of the half.

Daniel Sturridge scored the fourth goal of the game as Naby Keita closed down space to win the ball and help the Englishman score.
Four quickly became five as Ryan Kent bagged a goal too. Another striker that has not had a great time at Liverpool after Sturridge was Danny Ings but even he got a goal for the Reds before Sturridge wrapped up the win with an incredible finish.
While this is just a pre-season fixture, it does seem like the players are hungry and want to fight for their starting berths.
Twitter was also ablaze with a lot of Liverpool fans sharing their reactions to the win and here are some of the best.
And the Wc
