Daniel Sturridge scored in our 3-2 win over Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday and the English striker decided to celebrate by posting a picture on Twitter.

The striker started a Champions League game for us after 2,379 days and made it count. The 29-year-old scored the opener and looked decent before he was replaced by Jurgen Klopp.

Sturridge hasn’t had the best of times when it comes to injuries and last season saw him join West Bromwich Albion on loan in the second half of the campaign.

The Englishman struggled to score for the Baggies but Klopp decided to keep him this season. A goal on Tuesday was the perfect way to prove he was back to being a Red but some fans caught a mistake in his Twitter bio.

Sturridge claimed he is still playing for West Brom and we took a snip of his profile too.

The fans weren’t going to let this go easily and they roasted the Liverpool star on Twitter.
