(Video) Liverpool star provides encouraging injury update with workout clip

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain Liverpool

It is a little disheartening to know that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will not be playing a lot of football this season.

The midfielder is upbeat about his recovery, however, and has regularly posted updates about his road back to fitness.

His latest video on Instagram sees the 25-year-old taking up some boxing as he works hard on his return.
