The agent of Hakim Ziyech wants the midfielder to join Liverpool or Arsenal from Ajax. The 25-year-old Moroccan has four goals and three assists from eight Eredivisie appearances and has spent three years with the Dutch giants.
We had reported that Ziyech was linked with a move to Anfield in the summer, but the player remained in the Netherlands. The Express claims that clubs such as Fenerbahce and AS Roma are interested in the Morocco international too.
However, the player’s agent, Rene van der Dijp, doesn’t want his client to join the Serie A side.
“I hope that there will be a better club than Roma – an Arsenal or Liverpool,” Dijp told Voetbal Primeur (h/t Express).
The report adds that there is no surety of Jurgen Klopp’s interest in the midfielder.
Liverpool are already stacked in the middle of the park
The Reds added to their midfield in the summer with Fabinho and Naby Keita coming in. James Milner, Adam Lallana, Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum are the other players fighting it out for starting spots in the team.
Ziyech would find it tough to get regular starts at Anfield, but he would be a decent option to have in the team.

The 25-year-old can play in a number of positions across the field, and his versatility could be used well by Klopp.
