Liverpool know that only a win will do in their tie against Napoli on Tuesday. The Reds are known for their incredible European nights at Anfield, and we will need that again as the Italians visit.

Jurgen Klopp’s men have to beat Napoli 1-0 or by a two-goal margin (should the away side score), and the boss will certainly be boosted by the team’s recent Premier League performances.

Liverpool are on top of the league after their 4-0 win over Bournemouth, and Klopp even mixed things around by giving the likes of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino a break.

This is another big game in a crazy season for us, and here is our predicted line-up for the Reds.

Predicted Liverpool XI

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Manager: Jurgen Klopp

Alisson (GK)

Alisson was excellent in the win over Bournemouth, and we need him to be at his best against a talented Napoli side.

Trent alexander Arnold Joe Gomez Liverpool

Trent Alexander-Arnold (RB)

The English youngster was rested against the Cherries but should return for the clash on Tuesday.

Joel Matip (CB)

Dejan Lovren could make a return to fitness but he hasn’t played in a while and Klopp might consider keeping Matip in the starting XI.

Virgil van Dijk (CB)

The boss at the back, Van Dijk has to have possibly his best game this season to keep Napoli from scoring.

Andy Robertson (LB)

The Scot was excellent in the win over a tough Bournemouth side, and the left-back has to be at his best on Tuesday.

Jordan Henderson (CM)

Henderson would have a massive role in this tie as his passing could set the tone for our attacks.

Fabinho (CM)

Liverpool have several quality midfielders but Fabinho could be brought in to perform the role of a destroyer.

Sadio Mane (LAM)

Mane got a few minutes on the pitch in the win over Bournemouth and has to start on Tuesday.

Xherdan Shaqiri of Liverpool

Xherdan Shaqiri (RAM)

Liverpool could attack Napoli from the first minute and Shaqiri should start since we are looking for a win.

Roberto Firmino (CAM)

Firmino looked a lot better in the game against Bournemouth and has to play out of his skin on Tuesday.

Mohamed Salah (ST)

The hat-trick hero from Saturday, Salah needs to be on form to defeat the Italians, and hopefully, he scores several times against Napoli.
