Pep Guardiola has responded to Jurgen Klopp’s claims that Manchester City have no weaknesses. The Sky Blues lost their second Premier League game of the season with a shock 3-2 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace.
The loss for the Cityzens gave us a four-point cushion, and the Daily Star quoted Klopp as saying:
“I can’t say that City are lucky here and lucky there. They aren’t. Every match day they are spot on.
“They were last year when they got 100 points and they stay in that mode. I have to say it, there’s no sign of weakness.”
However, Guardiola retorted that all teams have their weaknesses and City were working on theirs:
“Any team has strong points and weak points. Of course we have weaknesses. We are working on it, but that’s normal. These kind of comments have to be put in perspective.”
Liverpool have a four-point lead at the moment but things could change for the Reds as we face Newcastle and Arsenal during the festive period before we travel to the Etihad to face City.

The first meeting of the season between the Premier League’s top two finished in a 0-0 draw and if we have any hopes of finishing above the Sky Blues, we have to get something from the game on January 3.
