“Still hungry for more” – Some Liverpool fans celebrate as star wins December’s PFA POTM

Mohamed Salah was on fire in the month of December and picked up the PFA Player of the Month award.

The Reds won every game Premier League games during the period with Salah finding the back of the net six times.

These results helped Liverpool overtake Manchester City in the Premier League standings, and we hold a four point lead over the Cityzens, despite losing against them in our last league tie.

Salah might not be scoring at the same rate as he did last season but that is a small price to pay as we are doing well in the league.

There have been a couple of other Liverpool players who picked up the monthly award with Sadio Mane

and Virgil van Dijk getting the accolade earlier in the campaign.

Salah is yet to hit his top gear, and that should be a worry for the opposition for the remainder of the campaign.

The attacker has taken up a more central role for Liverpool this season, and hopefully, he continues banging the goals in as we are in a strong position.

Several Liverpool fans were pleased at the latest award picked up by Salah, and here are some of their reactions to the Egyptian King.
