Liverpool need to bounce-back after two consecutive losses. The Reds were defeated 2-1 by Manchester City, and tge same scoreline by Wolves in the FA Cup.

The loss against the Cityzens cut our lead at the top of the table to four points, but Jurgen Klopp was busy on the pitch for the trip to Brighton.

Facing the Seagulls will not be easy, however, our first-team players should return for this tie. Klopp rested several stars in the 2-1 defeat by Wolves but Alisson should be back in our starting line-up on Saturday.

Another Brazilian that should start is Roberto Firmino. The forward was brought on in the second half against Wolves but would want to repeat his hat-trick heroics from the game against Arsenal on Saturday.

The Reds should make loads of changes to their defence with Trent Alexander-Arnold returning to the starting XI.

Virgil van Dijk should also start after being rested in the FA Cup tie, and it will be interesting to see who partners the Dutch defender.

Dejan Lovren is carrying a knock and we could see Fabinho in the heart of the defence.

Another player in the running to play in defence is Georginio Wijnaldum. The Dutchman has played in that role earlier for Klopp, and he could start against Brighton on Saturday.

James Milner and Xherdan Shaqiri were poor against Wolves, but we should see Sadio Mane return to the starting XI at the weekend.

The Reds need to get back to winning ways and keep the pressure on City. We have some relatively comfortable fixtures coming up but have to be at our best to get a winning run going.
