Mohamed Salah was back amongst the goals as Liverpool made light work of Bournemouth at Anfield. The Reds needed to get back to winning ways after two consecutive 1-1 draws and they put up a brilliant performance with goals from Sadio Mane and Georginio Wijnaldum in the first half.
Salah made it 3-0 with the best move of the game as Naby Keita put Roberto Firmino through with a great pass. The Brazilian then backheeled the ball into Salah’s path, and the Egyptian calmly slotted past Artur Boruc. This was the 20th goal for the forward this season, and there was an interesting stat that was shared.

The Egyptian could have scored a couple more, as one effort hit the crossbar, but this was a great performance that should bring confidence back to the side.
