Latest Liverpool news: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain shares training image with Mohamed Salah
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is inching his way towards complete fitness as there is a chance we will see him play for the first-team this season.
Jurgen Klopp had claimed that the English midfielder could play in the Champions League quarter-finals as the Ox was named in our Champions League squad.
The Englishman picked up an injury against AS Roma in the tournament last season and has been on the road to recovery since.
The Ox would provide us with a different dimension once he regains fitness, and the Englishman shared an image of him training alongside Mohamed Salah.

Liverpool could do with a boost
Liverpool have been great this season but we might need a little extra for the remainder of the campaign.
Jurgen Klopp’s team are tied at the top of the Premier League with Manchester City and in the round of 16 in the Champions League.
We would need all the help we can get to win our first trophy under the German, and the Ox could be the X-Factor in the final months of the season.
Oxlade-Chamberlain had grown into his role before he suffered the devastating injury, and hopefully, he can play a pivotal role this season.

Of course, the team should not rush the midfielder and only play him once they are 100% certain he is ready for first-team football.
