Liverpool FC transfer news: Jurgen Klopp emerges on Juventus’ list for manager
Jurgen Klopp has emerged as a surprise candidate to replace Massimiliano Allegri at Juventus, according to Tuttosport (h/t Mirror).
The German has been a success at Anfield without winning any silverware but Liverpool are in a great position to break that duck this season.
The Reds are battling Manchester City for the Premier League and are in the Champions League knockout rounds too.
The report claims that Allegri has told friends that he wants to leave Turin. The name that is on top of the list to replace the Italian is Zinedine Zidane, however, the report claims that Chelsea are interested in the Frenchman too.
Another name to replace Allegri is Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, and it will be interesting to see how things progress (h/t Mirror).
Klopp is the man for the Reds
It is difficult to imagine how things would have been under another manager as Klopp has taken the Reds from obscurity to becoming one of the best teams in Europe.
The German has been a little unlucky when it comes to cup finals, but we have grown into a better team with each season under his management.
