Liverpool FC transfer news: Callum Hudson-Odoi’s agent holds talks with Liverpool over move
German outlet Kicker (h/t Football.london) claims that Callum Hudson-Odoi’s agent spoke with Liverpool over a summer move.
The report claims that Jurgen Klopp is interested in the 18-year-old and will “rival” Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich for Hudson-Odoi’s signature in the summer.
Chelsea rejected a £35million from Bayern in the winter window and want to keep hold of their starlet, according to the report.
The report claims that Bradley, Callum’s brother and agent, spoke with the Reds as they increase their interest in the English winger.
The report adds that Chelsea want the attacker to sign a new £100,000-a-week contract and remain at the club.
Hudson-Odoi getting the minutes for England
The 18-year-old hasn’t started a Premier League game this season, however, he has impressed in the Europa League campaign for the Blues.
The winger has four goals and two assists in the competition and was called up by Gareth Southgate for the Euro 2020 qualifiers against the Czech Republic and Montenegro.
Hudson-Odoi got some minutes against the Czech side. The English winger was handed a start in the 5-1 win over Montenegro and even recorded an assist.

Liverpool have signed players from rival clubs earlier, and it will be interesting to see if we press on with the reported interest in Hudson-Odoi once the summer transfer window opens.
