Liverpool FC transfer news: Several fans open to Liverpool signing Ryan Sessegnon

Ryan Sessegnon hasn’t had the best of seasons with Fulham this time around.

The 18-year-old English youngster was one of the best Championship players last season but has recorded just a couple of goals and six assists for the Cottagers in the Premier League.

Ryan Sessegnon is a Liverpool target

Fulham were also relegated after their 4-1 loss to Watford earlier this week, and Sessegnon posted an emotional message for the fans.

The 18-year-old didn’t suggest where his future would be next season and Football.london reports that Liverpool, along with Tottenham and Manchester United are interested in Sessegnon.

A quality player that needs polishing

Jurgen Klopp has provided opportunities to young players in his Liverpool team, and two of them are first-teamers. Joe Gomez and Trent Alexander-Arnold have been excellent since last season.

Gomez even came from lower league Charlton and started as a left-back before moving into the heart of the defence.

Sessegnon has the talent to make it big but just needs the right manager to develop him further. Klopp could be the man that does it, and the English youngster can play in several positions.

From left-back to left-winger to right-winger, Sessegnon has been deployed all around the pitch this season, and that would come in handy for the Reds next season.

We need cover for our wide men and the youngster could also do a job in some games in place of Andy Robertson.

The Fulham youngster has a long way to go before fulfilling his potential, but many Liverpool fans wanted the club to sign him in the summer.
