O Jogo (h/t Mirror) recently asked Wolverhampton Wanderers youngster Ruben Vinagre who the top three attackers in the Premier League are, and the Portuguese named two Liverpool stars in the trio.
Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino were the two named, while he also mentioned Sergio Aguero as a part of the attackers.
“For me, the top three attackers in England are (Roberto) Firmino, (Mohamed) Salah and (Sergio) Aguero,” said Vinagre.
“I really admire the first two. (Sadio) Mane is also very good, but the two are excellent.”
The report adds that Liverpool and Barcelona are interested in the 19-year-old.
Vinagre has made 18 appearances for Wolves this season and mostly plays as a left wing-back.
The 19-year-old Portuguese has put in some impressive performances in recent weeks and he started in the wins over Manchester United and Cardiff City.
The youngster isn’t the only impressive player for Wolves this season but the team had to deal with heartbreak as they were beaten in the semi-finals of the FA Cup by Watford.
Liverpool host Wolves in the final game of the season and it will be interesting to see how the title battle goes for the Reds.
We beat them in the league earlier in the season but they got one over us as they dumped us out of the FA Cup in January.
Liverpool made some good signings last summer, and it will be interesting to see who we sign once the season ends.
