The Telegraph reports that Arsenal are interested in 22-year-old Ajax star David Neres.

The Brazilian has been in excellent form for the Dutch giants and scored a brilliant goal against Juventus in the Champions League.

The report claims that the Gunners have already held talks with the Brazilian forward. Everton too have held talks with Neres, according to the report, while Borussia Dortmund saw a winter bid rejected from Ajax.

The Telegraph adds that Neres has a contract till 2022 but several clubs are interested in him, and the Brazilian is expected to leave once the season ends.

The Brazilian is expected to cost at least €40million in the summer, according to the Telegraph.

Liverpool keeping tabs on talent

The interest from Arsenal could be a problem for Liverpool as Mercato (h/t Mirror) claim that the Reds are closely watching the star.

Liverpool could do with more attacking options next season. Also, we could do with cover for Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane coming in.

The 22-year-old is also attracting interest from PSG, according to Mercato (h/t Mirror) and it will be interesting to see what happens with this Ajax team in the summer.
