Liverpool stars Loris Karius and Allan’s future at Anfield revealed?

On-loan Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius could stay at Besiktas for the 2019/20 campaign, report Turkish news outlet Fanatik.

The German goalkeeper, 25, joined Besiktas on a two-year loan deal from the Reds in the summer of 2018 as we broke our bank on Alisson Becker. Reluctant to be Alisson’s back-up, Klopp sanctioned Loris Karius’ loan deal before the start of the 2018/19 campaign.

Besiktas have the power the cut Karius’ loan deal short but if the Turkish club qualifies for the Champions League next season, then they could retain the 25-year-old’s services for the 2019/20 campaign, adds Fanatik.

Meanwhile, Liverpool loanee Allan has hinted that he would prefer to stay at Fluminense rather than return to Anfield, according to Brazilian outlet Globo Esporte. He added that he would be happy to stay for another two or three years, apparently citing that he has no future at Anfield.

The 22-year-old joined the Reds from Internacional in the summer of 2015. He is enjoying at Fluminense at the moment, having joined the Brazilian club on loan from Liverpool in February 2019.

No future for Karius and Allan at Anfield?

It looks like both Karius and Allan have no future under Klopp at Anfield.

Our club broke the news on Thursday morning that Alisson will have the no.1 shirt next season; the one Karius wore before he moved to Turkey on loan. That simply suggests the German shot-stopper has no future left in Merseyside.

One good thing is, however, Karius—after a tough start to life in Turkish football—seems to have rejuvenated his career at Besiktas. Let’s just hope Besiktas qualify for the Champions League and our goalkeeper continues for another season at Vodafone Park.

As far as Allan is concerned, he clearly doesn’t see himself breaking into the first team under Klopp and is happy to continue playing at Fluminense.
