Liverpool create another record by earning £250m through competition revenue streams

Latest Liverpool news: Liverpool earn £250million from competition revenue this season

Liverpool created a record after earning £250million from competition revenue streams this season, according to the Mirror.

The report claims that this is the first time a club has earned this much in a single season via revenue streams, and this was helped by their runs in the Champions League and Premier League.

The Reds fell short of winning the Premier League title by one point, however, we won the Champions League for the sixth time after beating Tottenham in the final.

The report adds that Liverpool made more than Premier League champions Manchester City after appearing three more times in the domestic league.

The Reds earned £152.43m from that tournament and pocketed £98.5m for winning the Champions League, according to the report.

Liverpool set to post record account figures

The report claims that with commercial deals and matchday income, Liverpool should post record figures for their accounts this season.
