Latest Liverpool news: Liverpool’s 2019-2020 Premier League fixtures released

Liverpool shared their Premier League fixtures for the upcoming season as we face Norwich at home on Friday 9th August.

Our fixtures for the rest of August are Southampton (A), Arsenal (H) and Burnley (A). September sees us face Newcastle at home before away trips to Chelsea and newly promoted Sheffield United.

October doesn’t seem to be an easy month with home games against Leicester and Tottenham, while a trip to Old Trafford is sandwiched between that.

We face Manchester City for the first time in November at Anfield while we face Aston Villa and Crystal Palace away either side of the City game.

Brighton is the final fixture of the month before the festive period kicks in. The Merseyside derby at Anfield is the first game of December before Bournemouth (A), Watford (H), West Ham (A), Leicester (A) and Wolves (H).

Fans worried about the end of the season

January sees Liverpool visit Sheffield United before playing Spurs at their home and then taking on Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Wolves away is the final game of the month before February’s fixtures kick in. Southampton (H), Norwich (A), West Ham (H) and Watford (A) complete the second month of 2020 for us.

March features the second Merseyside derby, with home games against Bournemouth and Crystal Palace on either side.

A trip to the Etihad is the first game of April before Villa (H), Brighton (A) and Burnley (H). May seems to be a tough month, with Arsenal (A), Chelsea (H) and Newcastle (A).

The games are subject to change due to the inclusion of Champions League games for us, and many fans were concerned about how tough May’s fixtures are.
